Barbeque Glazed Chicken Wings

These sweet and sticky wings are so irresistible, you won't be able to stop at one...


Serves 4
Cooking Time 10 - 20 minutes


1kg chicken wings
40ml soy sauce
100ml hoisin sauce
50ml plum jam
10ml fish sauce
10ml chili sauce
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 lemon, juiced
olive oil



1. Preheat the BBQ to 200 degrees then turn the burners to low

2. Oil and season the chicken and place on the grills and cook for 10-20 mins or until juice runs clear when cut. 

3. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.

4. Once chicken is cooked put in the bowl with the sauce and coat the chicken. Serve hot.
